I have been listing and selling real estate for just over 10 years and was always fairly successful. I worked for some great companies, met a lot of great people and sold my fair share of real estate. But it wasn't until I joined Lakeplace.com in the fall of 2013 that my success shot through the roof.

Up until that time, I averaged around $3 million a year in sales. In 2014 I sold over $10 million. What more needs to be said? In my first full year I surpassed my wildest expectations. I just wanted to express my appreciation for everything you are doing for us at LakePlace.com, and for me personally! I have worked in real estate for the past 14 years. I started in a small company in a small northern Wisconsin town, and have been a managing broker for two large franchised companies. Being bigger isn't always being better. We in real estate are always concerned about where are our hard earned dollars go, and being part of a large franchise equals large dues and large expenses a lot of times.

I became familiar with LakePlace.com in 2005 when I went to the Lake Home & Cabin Show in the Twin Cities. I originally signed up to get leads from them for northern Wisconsin, never dreaming I would be offered such a unique opportunity to become the managing broker in their first Wisconsin real estate office in 2011.
