• We discuss the variables of asking price, appraised value, and desired budget.
• We provide you with experienced assistance in negotiating offers and counter offers.
• Assistance in creating a purchase agreement with important provisions you may wish to include.

Processing the Sale:

• Providing assistance in scheduling inspections.
• Processing 'earnest money' deposit in accordance with the terms of your contract.
• Overseeing the lender to complete the loan approval process.
• Reminding you of the required homeowners insurance policy.
• Coordinating with the closing agent for closing fees, lender instructions and title search.
• Overseeing the closing - buyer, seller, lender and Realtors involved in the transaction.
